SOURCING
Our buying house specializes in identifying garment manufacturers who adhere to compliance standards. Meanwhile, our Fabric Technical division excels in Procuring materials from both within India and internationally.
DESIGN & SAMPLING
Our sample section stands as a cornerstone of our strengths, featuring a highly adaptable team. This team plays a pivotal role in meeting client specifications with precision and ensuring the timely delivery of exceptional samples.
SPINNING
Our Spinning facility houses modern machines from LMW, India & Schlafhorst, Germany. We also produce blended and organic yarn to cater to our socially responsible clientele. We also Produce Compact yarn, Slub yarn, Fair Trade, BCI, Organic Cotton, and ETI.
KNITTING
Utilizing advanced automated machinery, our knitting process excels in crafting intricate knitted fabrics and garments tailored to our customers’ specifications. The technology seamlessly handles multi-color yarns.
To process cotton, Polyester, and blended fabrics, we have the advanced HTHP cheese dyeing division. Equipped with machinery from Thies, Germany, Brozoli Italy.
FABRIC PROCESSING
Sperotto Rimar and Tube Tex Compactor, with a daily capacity of 8000 Kgs, are employed to preserve the dimensional stability and overall quality of the fabric. Multiple washing techniques are applied to eliminate hairiness and enhance the fabric’s softness, neatness, and spotlessness. Processes such as Enzyme wash, Silicon wash, Vintage wash, Stone wash, Acid wash, and various others are utilized. For drying the washed fabrics, we employ tubular drying and natural drying facilities.
CUTTING
Our cutting section operates efficiently, incorporating an in-house CAD system(GERBER) to maximize fabric efficiency and minimize wastage. We can cut approximately 10,000 pieces per day.
PRINTING
“Pigment (water-based prints), Non-PVC, Discharge/reactive prints, Flock, Foil, Sugar print, Glitter, Puff, High Density, SprayPrint, Gelprint, Embossing/Debossing, Azo-free dyes, and chemicals are incorporated. The customized prints in vibrant colors not only capture attention but also leave a lasting impression on the finished garments.”
EMBROIDERY
Our expertise extends to the handling of various embroidery designs, encompassing techniques such as applique, sequins, and more. ForEmbroidery machinery we use the world’s best “Tajima”&“Barudan” automatic high-speed embroidery machines.
PRODUCTION
We achieve precision in our garment production by employing imported stitching machines from reputable brands like Juki and Yamato. Our quality control department ensures continuous supervision at every stage of stitching, allowing us to optimize our production processes.
SEWING
Equipped with cutting-edge garment sewing machines and related equipment, our factory boasts an installed capacity of 220 units. These machines are sourced from leading companies such as JUKI, PEGASUS, SIRUBA, YAMATO, and others.
CHECKING
The manufactured garments are checked by our skilled workers. They make sure the quality of the garments is satisfactory and meets international standards.
IRONING
All finished garments are steam – ironed to make them wrinkle free and attractive.
INSPECTION
“We consistently guarantee a high AQL standard of quality and performance.In addition to daily inspections by regular Quality Control Inspectors, our QC Managers conduct frequent random inspections for each order or style, along with a final inspection on a prescribed form. These inspection reports, along with certificates, are issued upon buyer demand.”
PACKING
The packaging unit takes care of the packing process. Here garments are neatly packed with utmost care.
